Tat a long

Well here's the body of my Gingerbread boy. I have joined Ambitterous'es Tat-along. I have alway's wanted to tat this pattern by Gina the tatting goddess. I had started this last week before I knew about the tat-along but I found a fault and the scissors came out. Well here goes again better luck this time I hope.

    It will be great to see how this pattern evolves! I've always been initmidated by it, but it will be easier to understand when seeing the sections. I might try tatting it in a different color than brown just to practice the pattern!

    I have too much on at the moment but I will try this pattern after Christmas, well done its looking good so far.

    What a great start to the Gingerbread Boy! I am still waffling over thread color, since my first choice is size 40 and the pattern calls for size 20 -- and I cannot find beads I like small enough to compliment size 40.

    Oh woe! The heartache of settling for a *gasp* second or third color choice for such a cute Gingerbread Boy...but I will be starting in a day or so. Keep up the great work!
