Minuet

Bought this Pdf pattern by Joelle Paulson. Used lizbeth 40. Have learnt how to do Catherine wheel joins. Need to practice so doing it again but in size 20, will be able to see stitches better. I'm enjoying all the tatting I'm doing while recovering surgery.

Needs blocking but this is what I did tonight. I found a picture of a cross by Julie Patterson, NO pattern. I have change it and added to it. Not a bad out come.

 Well I got the last round finished last night. I used basak50.It measures 6 1/4 inches square. The photo above is not blocked.

Now it's blocked and you can see why sometimes you need to do this.
Marja was designed by Jon while his wife was dying from Lung Cancer aged only 52.

One more round to go, may have it done by bedtime today. NO rain so far bit cloudy at times but the sun is out. May get on swing in garden.
Thing's are now getting back to ?normal on the recovery side. No longer black and blue.

This is the start of a square doily I'm working on at present.I found it on bella on line site, it's by wanadoo/ tatslife. May get it done soon as its raining cats and dogs here in the midlands so can't go out.

Just finished Jon Yusoff's Chinese coin bookmark, look what I did .One round and it's a cross yipeeee. Lizbeth40 Red. Just got to do tassel tomorrow.
Had a good day today shopping from a wheelchair is fun. Popped into work to she the girls and tatted all evening, more tatting tomorrow.

 Just finished this little cross took about 3hrs.

Have been working this pattern  a few months. This round works in and out 42 times each one take approx 1hour Now to start last round wonder how long it will take me.
